Оба маршрута останавливаются непосредственно рядом с домами 1-ой очереди. Со стороны Кохмы по улице Романа Куклева ходит маршрутка и автобус №130 (Конечная (ул. Тимирязева) → Беляницы). Остановка расположена рядом с 7-й очередью. Соединяет пока эти очереди улица Тимирязева города Кохма, проходит она мимо частного сектора, примыкающего к Просторному. Зимой дорога чистится. Застройщик обещает заасфальтировать центральную улицу в Просторном - проспект Героев. Сейчас проспект Героев пока сделан только до первого детского сада. Понравилось что внутренние дворы 3-й очереди закрыты от машин, все парковки расположены по улицам Александра Кувшинова, Сергея Киселева, Ивана Швецова. Очень удобно, детей спокойно можно выпускать гулять во двор на детские площадки.
